Normally an apartment in the center is accompanied by a lot of noise from the terraces and traffic. Our apartment is located on the inside with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and garden, which gives you the advantage of staying in the center but absolutely no problems with traffic or noise from the nightlife. Guest access You will receive the keys from our English and Spanish speaking representative on site. Call them when you have received the rental car, when you are in the taxi or when you are with your own car, about an hour before arrival. Once at the apartment you basically no longer need a car, everything is within walking distance. Opposite the complex is a large parking lot where you can park for free. Of course you have access to your apartment, but you can also use the communal garden with play equipment for the smallest children and the swimming pool. There is also a section in the pool for the smallest children and next to the pool there is also the possibility to sunbathe. Other things to note We rent for a minimum of 7 nights. Upon arrival you must pay a deposit of €150,- in cash to our Spanish representative. The electricity consumption is deducted from the deposit. There is an electricity meter in the apartment so you can keep track of your own consumption.
