The space Olympic Condo #7 is a lovely, completely renovated 1-BR, 1-Bath. It is a light filled end-unit condo with extra windows and more privacy. It is a one floor walk-up located on the second floor of a two story building. There is no elevator in the building. The renovated Bathroom has beautiful tile work, single vanity sink with ample storage, elegant mirrored medicine chest, toilet and full size walk-in shower. The Bedroom, tastefully decorated in a casual coastal theme, has a Queen size gel-memory foam mattress that is extremely comfortable. Bedroom also has a closet with hangers, chest of drawers with mirror above, armoire, two night stands with lamps, recessed lighting, two windows with blinds & draperies and hardwood floors. The renovated full kitchen has granite countertops and backsplash, stainless steel sink, under cabinet lighting, and custom cabinetry. Appliances include full size fridge, gas range, built-in microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, vacuum cleaner and iron. The kitchen is outfitted with dishware, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, and cooking accessories. A bar height kitchen table with bar stools, and a contemporary style bakers rack for extra storage completes the kitchen. The Family Room has a sofa and loveseat. Wall mounted flat screen TV, WiFi only, no cable. The Family Room also has recessed lighting and a floor lamp. Next to the sofas are end tables and two round, movable storage ottoman/coffee tables and area rug. A second closet with organizers and two large windows with blinds and curtains complete the room. The condo has central A/C and heat throughout. Bed sheets, bath towels and beach towels are not provided. Guests MUST bring their own. I provide comforters and pillows. Also, you need to provide paper towels and toilet paper, kitchen trash bags, kitchen sponge and dish soap, dishwasher tablets. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach, or through several rental companies in OC. Guest access The entire condo is available for use during your stay. Other things to note PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT BED SHEETS, BATH TOWELS AND BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. If you wish to rent linens, beach chairs and umbrellas, baby cribs, etc. there are several local OC rental agencies you can contact to arrange for the items you may need.
