Bright, clean, modern space on the 11th floor of an apartment block overlooking the sea and Torrequebrada golf course. The apartment is 10 minutes' walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. It has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, TV and broadband internet. Also use of a large shared pool in the summer and free on-street parking. The space At the core of the apartment is a generous lounge/dining room. A short passage connects it to the kitchen and another door takes you to a bedroom with the bathroom attached. A balcony runs the length of the apartment connecting the lounge with the bedroom and affording a wonderful view over the local golf course, mountains and sea. Guest access As guests you have the entire apartment to yourselves and access to the garden and swimming pool which is shared with other apartments in the block.
