Other things to note We request all guests to sign a rental agreement before their arrival. This is an insurance company requirement and agreement is standard. Please see "additional rules" for a sample of the rental agreement. NOTE: Accord Speedway race track is nearby and presents potential for noise while race is on. Races happen every Friday - April to September, from 7 - 11:30 PM. We are leaving complimentary tickets for the family and encourage you to attend if you are around - it is a lot of fun and kid friendly.
