Hi, We are happy to offer our family studio to Airbnb guests. Taking into account the layout of the premises, this is a studio suitable for a single family composed of two or 3 adults maximum, but preferably 2 adults and 2 children (2 of the beds are bunk beds). This is why we reserve the right to refuse requests for 4 adults, in the concern that your stay remains comfortable and adapted to your expectations. We hope to welcome you there. The space This is a 26 m2 studio with balcony (+ 3 m2) typical of the Paquebot des Neiges. The living space is separated into two: - at the back, a lodge determined by two bunk beds (removable insulation by two folding shutters (5 m2) - at the front a living room with two benches convertible in the evening into 2 single beds (approx. 14 m2) A fifth retractable bed is deployable to constitute a double bed but imposing to store it for a pleasant use of the living room (no sofa bed). It is accessed by a kitchenette entrance (3 m2) equipped with a sink, a hob (2 burners), a small electric wall oven (no microwave) and a 4-place dishwasher. Good cooking equipment (pots, pans, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, etc.). Access through the entrance to a bathroom (approx. 4 m2) with bathtub, sink and toilet. The style of the studio is original (designer furniture designed from the construction (1972) giving a vintage character that we have maintained and preserved (owner since then). A private ski locker is available on the ground floor (floor E) THE ACCOMMODATION is suitable for a family with two children or 3 adults maximum. Guest access Guests will be required to request the keys from the caretaker's lodge at the foot of the elevator (level G /shopping mall) So during the opening hours of the lodge (9 a.m. / 7 p.m. on Saturday, 9 a.m. / 12 p.m. / 4 p.m. / 7 p.m. on other days. Arrivals and departures at another time are not guaranteed without prior agreement with the owner and the caretakers (to be defined on a case-by-case basis). Public parking in the open air at the foot of the building (north side) allows you to park your vehicle for free. Other things to note Please note! We do not provide linens (sheets, bath towels, hand towels). On the other hand, each bed (80 x 190) is equipped with duvets and/or blankets as well as pillows.
