The Nipporino Guest House offers exclusively 1 room for 1 group(2pax) or 1 guest on the 1st floor of our 3-story house built in 2013, 10min walk from UGUISUDANI(JR Yamanote) or IRIYA(Metro Hibiya) Station. Located in a historical quiet residential area yet major sites in Tokyo within easy reach by 30min train. 1h or less from NRT/HND airport. - Free Bike - Minimart, Coin Wash, Local Bars nearby - No meals included - Passport required at check-in The space - Bedroom: 10 square meters or 107 square feet tatami room with a separate private bathroom on the 1st floor of the host's house. - Semi-double bed width: 120cm/4 feet - 1 single futon mattress - Free parking for guest coming with a car (large car not available) - The entrance door of the property is shared with the hosts. - The entire property and outside of the house is smoke-free. Smoking along the street is also prohibited by the local regulation. *Smoking allowed area: [1. Uguisudani station, near the elevator/stairs to South exit] [2. Nippori station, in front of South exit] [3. at the corner of 7-Eleven in front of the property] - The window by the bed is facing a quiet street, the other larger window is facing the property's garage. - There is only shower and no bathtub in the bathroom. - Complimentary tea bags, coffee sticks - The air conditioner is equipped only in the bedroom. During winter, the entrance hall becomes cold while there is a small heater in the bathroom, which might be a little bothersome to pass through the hall between the bedroom and the bathroom. - Located in a residential area surrounded by other houses and apartments, the guests may notice the sound of neighbors such as baby's crying or constructions. Guest access There are no shared indoor spaces such as a living room or a kitchen. Guests will be staying only on the 1st floor. Other things to note - The basic price is single-use. 6000JPY per night is added for 2 people. If you wish to reserve for 2 persons, please select the number of the guest "2".
