While the Bosque House has all the basics (running water, electricity and gas for cooking), it’s intentionally lacking a few modern amenities. There is no internet in the unit, providing a peaceful space for guests to disconnect from the digital world. The master bedroom has air conditioning. Screen windows keep the bugs at bay and let in the breeze in as well as allowing guests to fall asleep to the sounds of jungle birds and the occasional rainstorm. The Bosque House is a beloved part of the Roots and Water community, a 50 acre jungle retreat center and working farm dedicated to eco-friendly living, artistic expression and spiritual development. Guest access The Bosque House is a rustic cabin, situated just up the hill from the rest of the farm. You will have sole occupancy of the unit during your stay. There is a private entrance and plenty of parking. Please look at "Check-in Instructions" before you come. The pin is only at the start of the property, and then you have to drive about 3 more minutes into the property to get to your cabin. It may be helpful for you to arrive before sunset as it is easier to familiarize yourself with the roads in daylight for the first time. Other things to note If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we’d be happy to assist you.
