Other things to note Location and services: - The flat is located on the first floor of the marina, overlooking the harbour and the Tuscan archipelago. - On the ground floor there is a shopping arcade with various bars, shops and restaurants. - A few steps from the room is the Marina Club swimming pool, which is accessible free of charge to guests (from 1 June to 15 September, sun umbrella and sun beds subject to availability). - Private parking is included in the price (outdoors or covered garage for a fee).
