STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit upon your arrival: 2 trash bags, 1 small dish detergent, 1 dishwashing capsule, 1 paper towel. Each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 toilet roll. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. TRASH PICKUP: There is valet service for Garbage Collection on every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in 13-gallon trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash cans outside, front of property. RESORT + HOME ACCESS: All Guests must provide full names for all Guests in the group to gain access to the Resort / Home. This is a Resort requirement and names to be inserted in the Airbnb chat with Host. Please ensure all names are provided ahead of time. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The house maximum occupancy is per stated in the ad. Guests exceeding maximum occupancy or reservation amount (number of individuals listed in the reservation) will have their reservation terminated immediately and incur in an additional charge of $100 / day per Individual not disclosed in the reservation.
