Cozy Longmont Guest Suite (Private Entrance)

A simple, comfortable private suite with a separate entrance in a quiet neighborhood just 1.5 miles from downtown Longmont. 15 minutes to Lyons, 25 minutes to Boulder, and 45 minutes to Estes Park. Includes a large room with a dining table, mini fridge, 3-in-1 microwave+air-fryer+convection oven, Keurig with coffee, dishes, private bathroom and linens. Queen bed, 50 in Smart TV and WiFi. The space All of your linens will have been cleaned on a sanitize cycle. If you’d like to use some of our bikes please let us know and we can arrange. Longmont is an awesome bike town! We also have our famous fast internet. The TV has Roku for streaming, but we do not have cable. Unfortunately due to the way the house was built, the bathroom does not have a regular door. For privacy we have put up a curtain, but if that doesn't sound comfortable our location may not the best fit for your stay. Guest access Entry: A private entrance with a keypad that’s all your own. Parking: Ample street parking is available, and your car will be visible from the window. Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in the building. If you’d like to do laundry you are welcome to contact us to pre-arrange using it in the house. Other things to note NO SMOKING PLEASE: Please no 420, vaping, or smoking at all in or around the property. TEMPERATURE CONTROL: We have central AC and heat that is shared with the house so there is no thermostat control in the guest room. We provide a heater in winter and fan during the summer so you can adjust the temperature in your suite to where you like it. PETS: Our son has united airway disease. Because his room shares HVAC with this AirBnb, we would strongly prefer that if you have any pets, even hypoallergenic breeds, you consider another place to stay. SHARED WALL: We will be living in the house on the other side of one shared wall. We have added acoustic paneling to dampen as much noise as possible, but it is likely that you will hear some kitchen noise and our kiddo’s voice or footsteps coming through. We are typically up and about at 6:30/7am so you may hear us in the mornings. You can read reviews from other guests to get a feel for noise levels, most guests say they don't hear us but we want to give fair heads up! OUTSIDE SPACE IS SHARED: The patio and yard is shared with the house and you may see us outside on a nice day. You are welcome to use the outside seating and space but it is shared with us. TRAIN: If you are familiar with Longmont, you know that the train comes through town day. We are not bothered by the train horn, but you will certainly hear it and if you are a light sleeper it might disturb you. We’ve put a white noise machine in the guest suite to help. ENTRANCE STEP: Please note that your entrance has a 6-7" step to get into the door. While this is fine for most guests, we have had two guests that found the step hard to navigate and so we just want to mention it here. CANCELLATION POLICY: We try to have one of the best values in Longmont. To keep our pricing affordable without sacrificing on the quality... we use a firm cancellation policy and we stick to it
