This access is exclusive and private to the chalet, without interaction with any other people Other things to note We do not provide bath towels (item listed in the "basic amenities"). We only supply sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillow (items with AMENITIES > POPULAR > BASIC). We do not function as an inn. We don't have 24-hour reception. Thus, the period for withdrawal of keys and check in must be followed (between 15 and 5 pm on the day of arrival). After 5 pm there will be no one left to make the keys available. Any demands or requests must be made by 5 p.m. on the day of check in. After this, only emergency demands will be met. Checkout until 12 o'clock. If the chalet is not vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, the belongings will be removed and stored at the site's headquarters. If your chalet has a fireplace, we do not provide firewood. We also don't twist charcoal for barbecue. In case of lightning and/or heavy rains, the swimming pool and sauna (lit by the guest himself) will be closed and will only reopen, at the time stipulated for operation, when weather conditions allow.
