Student accommodation only. This fully furnished room is ideal for a student. It includes free high-speed internet, a single bed, desk, chair, and cupboard. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and has ample fridge space. Conveniently located near QUT, Gabba, and South Bank. There are two shared bathrooms: one upstairs and one downstairs. Note, if you are tall, the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom and laundry area is low, so watch your head. The space It's a quite place ideal for student. Everything is close by: from supermarket, Mcdonalds, Universities, Gabba stadium and many hospitals. Also everything you need to live comfortably is provided with all the cooking utilities, space in the fridge and nice lounge and large flat TV. All you need to do is move in and enjoy. Guest access The guest can access whole house except other bedrooms. During your stay Interaction with other guest is as much or as little as you like.. :-) Other things to note At the moment we have a few other students leaving there they are all super friendly...Normally there are 4 other students plus or minus one living at the house. 😀
