No other guests on property. Guest access Non-covered parking on site. There’s space for you to bring a kayak, canoe or fishing gear. You have a private keypad entrance. There are two chairs in your room but no common area with hosts except the large deck. No other guests on property during your stay. During your stay We are not always on property. When we are, we try to give you your privacy but we’re glad to visit on the deck. Text is the best way to keep in touch for guidance. We’ll also be available by phone. Other things to note Must be 25 years old or older. House in neighborhood. No loud activity or other unregistered guests on property. Quiet hours 9 pm to 7 am. No guest pets/animals on property.
