This charming late 19th century restored & fully furnished farmhouse is nestled on 5 secluded acres. Relax or travel to the many attractions closeby, including bike paths, skydiving, Roberts Arena, Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Cedarville, Wright State, Central State, Wilberforce, Wittenberg & Ohio State Universities, all within a short driving distance. Groceries, restaurants, ER, just minutes away in Jamestown, WPAFB & AF Museum nearby. Do lots or do little! The space Relax each evening on the wraparound deck & watch the sun go down. Write your thoughts in the desks on both floors as you gaze out the windows—a different view from each. Roku TV (two) & wifi for those who don’t want to unplug, peace and privacy to those in need of a recharge. The backyard is fenced for Fido. 2 king beds, 2 doubles & a sofabed for sleeping. Guest access The house is yours while you are my guests, but you must be 26 to book this listing. I will notify & set convenient times to bother you if mowing/planting of the fields or care of the outbuildings needs done. All outbuildings are off limits to guests. No smoking allowed. Strictly NO CLIMBING of the windmill tower is permitted. Children welcome with good reviews from previous stays, and must abide by all rules. Any violations will be a reason to leave. No unregistered guests allowed, no parties or events. The building is well over 100 years old, and some floors and thresholds may be uneven, care must be taken as well on the stairs to the second floor, as they are narrow and somewhat steep. Please leave the home as you found it. Additional guest documentation may be requested.c Other things to note Property is within 45 to 95 minutes of DAY/CMH/CVG airports, with even a skydiving airport 15 minutes down the road for those brave souls looking to take the leap!
