Only a short drive to wonderful hiking at the Pinnacles. 1008 sf house. Hardwood floors throughout, large living room and bedroom. Separate Office space in Sunroom. Pull-out couch in Living Room. Tall ceilings, oversized windows, front patio. The house is surrounded by a private yard, has private parking lot and then borders golf course property to rear. Although located in a residential neighborhood, animals such as raccoons, opossums, skunks and deer may be present nearby and venture into the yard. Only 4 guests allowed. Please notify us if the pull-out bed will be used during your stay. Must be over 21 to book stay. No parties or gatherings allowed. All animals on premise must be approved. Please only well-behaved, potty trained and non-anxious dogs on site. Any additional clean up or repair due to pets will results in additional fees. DO NOT attempt use fireplace. Although fireplace and mantel are still present in the house, the chimney is completely closed off and the fire place is inoperable. DO NOT remove sign blocking fireplace from use. Attempting to use the fireplace is a fire and smoke hazard, which can result in physical harm and additional cleaning fees. The door code is 0108. A physical key is located in the yellow console drawer if you prefer. Please place key back in location at checkout. Please do not move furniture during your stay. At check-out, please ensure that all furniture is in original location.
