Chalet set on a 790 m2 plot by a creek, mountain and modern atmosphere. A lit carport to park motorcycles or car, terrace, garden furniture, outdoor table for 10 people installed on the edge of a small stream, outdoor lighting. A barbecue, a side table. Sledges, deck chairs, baby kit on request (baby bed, changing table, bouncer, bath seats, high chair). Towels and bed linen are provided. Water and EDF included. The space The chalet is on 2 levels. On the ground floor: - an entrance followed by a wide hallway distributing: - a living room with fireplace equipped with a large table and chairs for 10 people, a sofa, an armchair, ottomans, a TV, a library with guides, books and board and card games, UNO; - a fully equipped kitchen; - a master bedroom with a 160 bed, two nightstands, reading lights, a desk, an office chair, a fur butterfly chair, a TV, a wardrobe, a small coffee table; - a bathroom with gel-shampoo dispenser, towel dryer and hair dryer; - a separate toilet with hand basin. On the 1st floor accessible by wide wooden staircase: - a wide hallway leading to: - a family room on the balcony with 160 bed, nightstands, reading lights, wardrobe, dresser, TV, desk with books, seat, coffee table, living room table with two wingback armchairs, chess set, stool and children's sleeping area separated by a wooden partition and sliding door with 2 single 90 beds, a bedside table, a dressing room, a Velux with motorized shutter; - a 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds (2 people), a nightstand, a walk-in closet, a desk and a child seat, shelves; - a shower room with heated towel rail, hair dryer and gel-shampoo dispenser; - a 2nd separate toilet. Guest access The entire cottage and land are available with the exception of a closet located on the 2nd floor reserved for the owners. Other things to note The cottage is not overlooked and has several mountain views. It's not by the roadside but very much set back. The land is not fenced like many lots in the Vosges.
