Less than 3 miles to St. John Fisher, Nazareth College, many golf courses, shopping and restaurants. There is a sidewalk to local parks in front of the building. The space Apartment 10 is in the rear of the building and has a view of the driveway. It is private and quiet. Although it is one long unit, the living spaces are broken up to give the experience of different rooms. The bathroom is lovely, fully tiled and across from the sleeping space. Guest access You will have full access to the apartment and private single car garage. You will be able to access all shared hallways and laundry. No one can access your space except you.
