Precious studio apartment next to Ieo hospital

The apartment is located very closed to Ieo hospital (3 bus stops or 20 minutes walking). It has been recently completely renovated and refurnished. It is completely independent and very comfortable. The kitchen is for guests only; and 4 people can fit in it because the sofa bed located under the loft is a double bed. We ask an extra 10 euros for the extra people. The space The studio apartment is located in a pleasant green and residential area. If you travel by car it is useful to know that we are very close to "Val Tidone" exit on the west freeway and there are no problem with the parking. If you travel with public transports, you have to know that we have a bus stop at a hundred meters from home that connect you with tramway 24 which takes you directly to town center. The apartment is filled with all comforts: electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Perfectly renewed bathroom; tv and Wifi. The air conditioning is governable according to the guests needs. You have two solutions to sleep: either the double bed located on the loft or the sofa-bed which is very comfortable because is made out of two single beds that can be either put together or not. Other things to note We always make some breakfast stuff (coffee, tea, milk, prepackaged cakes) available for the guests. It is also important to inform you that there is a very pleasant restaurant at less than 5 minutes from home. The kitchen is traditional and the prices are very good.
