Specifically, the property has a Tier-2 (Home Sharing) license which stipulates the owner or delegate resides on-site. Owner/delegate and small dog reside in a studio on the lower level, which has a separate entrance from the side of the house. We welcome meeting our guests and providing assistance and guidance, but guests determine the amount of interaction with the host during their stay. Only the front yard, the lower deck, and back yard are shared, and you may occasionally see host and small dog there. Guests have private access and exclusive use of the entire 4000 square feet main level including the top deck of the property. Other things to note $250 in cleaning fees goes towards our cost for having this large 4000 square foot property professionally cleaned and getting all linens, towels, and robes professionally laundered after every stay, regardless of stay duration.
