BACHELORS & UNMARRIED Couple ARE not ALLOWED### No pets and No smoking or drinking please. Noisy occupants not preferred as ours is a very peaceful quiet area. Pillows and pillow covers, mattress covers, bath towels are provided but the toiletries are not due to hygiene issues and the different preferences of the guests for specific soap, tooth paste etc. We suggest to bring your own toiletries. Please note there is a brand new LG Washing Machine.. There also a QUICK WASH DRY setting for smaller loads which washes faster. Please use ONLY the high quality SURF EXCEL liquid washing machine soap and you need to put only half a cup to have a good wash. We provide the first bottle of Liquid detergent free; you will have to buy similar liquid detergent after this is used up. Bisleri water cans ( 20 Liter ) will be provided upon payment of Rs. 150 per can. Any usage of gas cinder will be charged at a concessional Rs. 50 per day. Internal cleaning of the apartment is the responsibility of the tenants and local caretakers may help upon on mutually agreed payment by the guests. Washing the cars in the car parking is NOT permitted. Car washing should be done outside our premises. Some guests come with their car drivers who stay/sleep in the cars but utilize the bathroom/washroom facilities. Please note that they will be considered as occupants of the apartment and will be charged according to the booking terms for additional members. Simple cooking of food is allowed; only heating the food ordered from outside in provided microwave oven, coffee/tea making using the hotwater kettle and use of toaster for bread or sandwich making please. Please keep the kitchen clean; you can arrange any local maid to clean up if you need. Copy of Govt. issued photo ID of ALL guests staying should be submitted before check in.
