The space • The apartment is located directly opposite the beach so there is no stress around driving and parking for beach access and you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves crashing as you relax in comfort. • Two bedrooms are available. One has 1 X queen bed and the other can be either 2 X singles OR we join them together and put a mattress topper on top to create 1 X king. • NBN internet is available with good download and upload speeds. • The appliances are Bosch dishwasher, Bosch oven, Bosch cooktop (we like Bosch), Westinghouse clothes washer, LG fridge, Sony 49" TV, Sony DVD player, reverse osmosis water filter and a custom made kitchen. • Yes we have Netflix! • Body-wash, hand-soap shampoo, conditioner and bath towels are provided. A clothes washer, iron and hair-dryer is also available for use. • The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, cooktop, microwave, water filter, toaster and kettle. • The bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in robes. The living room has a Mitsubishi air-con/heater and a ceiling fan. Guest access • You will have access to the 1 car garage and there is also a dedicated space to park in front of the garage if you have 2 cars. •The apartment is so close to everything that you can just park and walk everywhere. It's a 2 minute walk to the shops. Other things to note • Please remember your beach towel as we do not provide them.
