I offer you a lockable, spacious and bright attic studio with separate access in a semi-detached house in a quiet, middle-class location within walking distance (approx. 5 minutes) to the old Main Danube Canal. The attic studio, equipped with a pull-out double bed (160 x 200 cm), cupboard, table, wardrobe and private bathroom and toilet, was completely renovated in 2018. In addition to the attic studio with private bathroom, and/or separate room if necessary, you can use the laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the basement. There is free parking in front of the house. If necessary, parking is possible in the courtyard. Overnight stay is without breakfast.
