The space Beautiful barn converted into a spacious cabin retreat featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open living area, full kitchen, and cozy rustic charm throughout. Sleeps up to 10 guests with additional pull-out couch upstairs. Perfect for families, groups, lake weekends, ATV trips, and relaxing getaways with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy together. There are three units on the larger property. At this time, only the main unit is available to rent, with the other two expected to become available in future years. Someone may occasionally be working on or staying in one of the other units. However, each unit has its own separate entrance and private outdoor area, so your privacy will not be affected. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, including a massive driveway with room for up to 10 vehicles or RV parking. The property connects to a beautiful partially mowed 10-acre field with walking paths throughout for exploring and enjoying nature. There is also a large fenced dog run and a spacious screened-in gazebo featuring dining space, lounge seating, and a mini fridge for relaxing outdoor evenings. Other things to note Additional Notes: • Pets are welcome, but the yard is not fully fenced except for the dog run area. • Lake views are directly across the road, with the marina and ATV trails just minutes away. • The property is large, natural, and partially wooded/meadow-style, so wildlife and changing outdoor conditions are part of the experience. • A maintenance person may occasionally be present on the property for upkeep or lawn care. • There may also be another occupied unit elsewhere on the property at times, though guest areas remain separate and private. • Most communication will take place through Airbnb or mobile messaging to allow guests privacy and flexibility during their stay.
