We are located north of Guayaquil in La Ciudadela ietel (Garzota) near the airport 5 and 10 minutes from the Mall del Sol and CC San Marino respectively, three minutes from the mini shopping center garzocentro del tia and the supermaxi and my commissariat (you can walk there) The space It's a small but cozy Mini Suite. It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a chayde mattress, a wall fan, a private bathroom with hot water and a large closet. It also has a small kitchen area outside the room with all the necessary cooking utensils, dishes for two, a refrigerator, a dining bar and Wi-Fi. It also has a private laundry area and clothesline. It should be noted that the kitchen is outside the room but inside the suite. It is also quite cool, so it is not hot at any time of day or night. It is located on the ground floor and has a completely independent, safe and comfortable entrance for a pleasant stay for the type you need.... Other things to note The kitchen and laundry are outside the room but inside the suite. They are not shared with anyone!!!!!
