Cochrane Business Permit #0009185 A spacious & quiet one bedroom private suite with full bathroom, & kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher). Queen bed (Endy) in the bedroom. Also there is a pack and play crib as needed. The sofa is a pull out which can be used for children. Enjoy the sunset with partial mountain views from the patio. Close proximity to the hiking trails, mountains and, ski resorts. 40 min drive from Calgary Airport; 15 min to NW Calgary; 50 min to Canmore; 1 hour to Banff. The space Note that we have recently finished renovations to put in radiant in floor heating & add an oven/stove. It is also freshly painted with new flooring. The photos in the pictures will change slightly as we add decor and upgrade furniture. Guest access Suite is private, with shared backyard space. Note there is a large outdoor stairway to get to the suite, so anyone who cannot easily do stairs should avoid staying at our suite for safety purposes. Other things to note Note: we completed major renovations in January 2025. Radiant in floor heating (with thermostat) added, along with a stove/oven. New flooring and paint also completed. Updated Pictures pending. We live in the upper unit with our young daughter - so you may hear us now and then. We also have a small hypoallergenic dog who loves people. We can let her out in the front if you do not want to interact with her. Please let us know. Note: as of Feb 2024 there are houses being developed in the lot behind us. There is an oven/stove, but there is no dishwasher in the suite. A washer and dryer is included in the suite. We have a small library and welcome book swaps.
