The accommodation includes a private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private garden with romantic entertaining space and direct access to Pingle Cluck where you can collect eggs! The farm sits in an enviable location surrounded by fields yet within walking distance to the shops, cafes and restaurants. We accommodate dogs and we own our own private dog park. The accommodation includes a private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a private secure garden with a romantic entertaining space and direct access to Pingle Cluck where you can collect your own eggs, which is a great activity for the kids! The farm sits in an enviable location surrounded by fields yet within walking distance to the shops, cafes restaurants and bars. We are happy to accommodate well behaved dogs but with prior approval. As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a fridgefreezer and a microwave plus a dining table that can seat up to 6. There is also a separate drying room with a washing machine. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. The living room is spacious and includes a leather corner sofa that can seat 5 comfortably. This apartment has 2 farmhouse cosy bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5 adults. In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed. The second bedroom contains a triple bunk bed with one standard double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. There is ample hanging space and storage for clothes and accessories. There is one large house bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Although the advert is for the ground floor apartment only, you will be the only guests stopping at Pingle Nook Farm. We don't rent out the first floor apartment at the same time as the ground floor apartment. So you can guarantee a peaceful, tranquil stay whilst you are with us. We also own 2 private dog parks, both within walking distance of the apartment and these can be booked via our webpage - The Pooch Park Denby Dale. Other things to note Guests must not park or enter the farmyard due to large vehicles and heavy machinery passing through.
