We do have 2 locked closets inside the garage. Other things to note BBQ has a propane tank. We provide tanks. If they are empty, please fill them nearby but don't forget to check the brand. Please clean it after you use it. UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 28-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee of $750 which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 28-day period. An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll do our best to ensure you have a great stay.
