Our villa is is the perfect place when you are looking to cocoon yourself for a rejuvenating time out. Our Ayurveda Center is just next door. The villa is equipped with an LTE router. We are in a quiet area with no through traffic. The space Nestled into hills that rise up right behind Unakuruwa's beach, the Garden Villa with its lush tropical garden can accommodate up to 5 people. It offers 2 rooms with en-suite bathrooms (each ~35 m2), a small bedroom attached to one of the bedrooms, terrace, ceiling fan, fridge, a fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. One of the rooms has an A/C, while the other one has a ceiling fan. The villa has a hot water shower in each bathroom. The indoor kitchen has a connecting door to one of the bedrooms, but is also accessible from the patio. The whole property is approx. 400 m2. The Ayurveda Center is next door and the beach just 150 meters away. Swimming, snorkelling and surfing are right at your doorstep. Wake up to the sounds of the tropical birds. Enjoy your dinner under the stars in the outdoor kitchen and dining area while listing to the sounds of the forest and jungle around you. Enjoy the comfort of the king bed or relax on your outdoor veranda. Our villa provides you the opportunity to reconnect with nature, in authentic peace and tranquility. This tropical holiday home is located in a rather quiet part of Unakuruwa village. We appreciate welcoming guests who understand that the neighbours need to get up in the morning to go to work or school. The Garden Villa is a great experience for self-sufficient guests who are seeking a longer stay in the area and who would like to maintain their ability to work. The villa is equipped with linen, towels and beach towels, which are changed once per week. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with a starter kit (e.g. paper kitchen towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid). The villa is equipped with an LTE router with 4 Mbps to 40 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps to 3 Mbps upload speed. Guest access You will have the whole place and garden for yourself.
