Welcome to the Utopia Themed Suites! You'll be intrigued with this unique property that includes 6 creatively themed rooms with ensuite bathrooms. This property is located just minutes from downtown Asheville and located in a hidden cove teaming with wildlife, a small far and lush vegetation. This spacious property also offers a seasonal private swimming pool, and a hot tub for year round enjoyment. This industrial style, themed suite renovation commenced as a hobby in 2015 and ended up as a $2M investment incorporating every affordable luxury from independent heating and AC to radiant floor heat in winter months. Utopia driveway accommodates 10 cars for guest convenience. All 6 suites have direct internal access to the living area and 4 of the 6 suites are accessible by exterior doors. The public living area also features a public bathroom and a laundry with soap for guest convenience. The well-equipped kitchen with a concrete counter-top feeds a custom industrial 12-person dining table illuminated by 4 impressive Edison bulbs after which guests might retire to a cozy industrial style living room. The Loft Suite is on the 3rd floor up a flight of stairs and is south facing and includes a jetted tub and private balcony overlooking the pool with forest views. The south-facing Steampunk Suite complete with private entrance, includes a luxurious Ralph Lauren , brass inlaid, wood and leather king bed, accentuated with custom Steampunk lighting, illuminating a pair of rusted and varnished perforated bedside tables. the brand new Tuft & Needle mattress sits atop a wooden platform ensuring a perfect night's sleep lit by crystal chandelier. This is directly below The Loft Suite with pool and forest views, a walk-in closet and a private kitchenette with fridge and toaster oven. The Steel Suite also has a private kitchenette, a private balcony, it faces west for afternoon rays and it's located the closet to the hot tub. Includes a queen bed constructed by Perdue Studios in Asheville. Accessible from the southern deck, the private Steel Suite Deck provides unparalleled views of farmland, tulip trees, our stream, enclosed within an industrial style fence. The Brickhouse features an award-winning Habitat for Humanity bathroom (the proceeds of which were donated to Habitat). Featuring a gas pipe bed frame supporting a queen mattress on a comfortable wooden box frame and surrounded by ambient brick murals. The Factory with a king bed is on the lower ground floor (below the Steel Suite), with magnificent views through a wall of industrial style windows, drenched in afternoon sunshine. Featuring an industrial mural that took 6 months to complete, this aesthetic room boasts a pair of event inspired sliding doors, a refurbished Retro sink, a concrete sink and counter top and a rainfall shower head as well as a walk-in closet. USS Utopia suite, featuring 5 original brass portholes, brass light fixtures, multiple curios, a custom refurbished antique Victorian four poster bed, four sliding doors fitted with a selection of nautical period accoutrement. This suite took 2yrs to complete! This amazing property is perfect for a group of friends, coming to relax in the serenity of Utopia and enjoy all that Asheville has to offer! Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private and quiet gated community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Pets: The owners welcome dogs, and will allow up to 2 per stay. There is a $200/pet non- refundable fee for each dog.  Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
