Yes we have chemical application and insects trapper, they die shortly. This is a Tropical climate, everything loves it !!! Parking is free and first come first park, you cannot stress the Host about Parking every single day except you want to be charged every single day for parking. No permanent parking space for individual guest’s except when charged starting at $20+/night per availability. Note: We open our swimming Pool to our guests. That is not part of your booking. It's an amenity we have offered to you for free. Pool is highest maintenance, I don't think you wanna pay alot for booking because of pool maintenance additional charges.. However, we offer it for free to our Lovely guests when ever pool is ready or as it is. Let’s know if you will want the pool fully ready everyday and we add the charges. You will have full access to the pool and pool areas including BBQ & Grill, but don't be low if there is no propane Gaz or if the pool is not clean as you want. It's free for you. We love our guests as much as we don't want our guests to spend more money on booking. We have additional services at cost when available. Extra bedsheets, towels, tissue paper etc additional cost applies.
