It's a single room apartment with a comfortable sitting nook ideal for snuggling up with a warm beverage or glass of wine and a book. It also features a kitchenette complete with the basic appliances and amenities for a quick and easy meal: a mini fridge, mini oven, single countertop burner, microwave, toaster, and electric water kettle. A convenient dining space is available which can also double as a place to challenge yourself with a jigsaw puzzle or a therapeutic coloring page. When you need a hot shower, enjoy the updated walk-in shower with a unique hand-made copper shower head. Of course, at the center of it all is the compfy queen bed, featuring a 12' memory foam mattress. Wake up to freshly roasted coffee brewed how you like it , french press, pour over, or if you just want to push a button, there's the good old fashioned drip coffee maker. Guests have the entire suite to themselves. The suite is its own apartment with it''s own exterior access, but is part of a building that also has an occupied apartment and a little hair salon. Please note that the suite itself is private and not shared, but because it shares walls with other occupied spaces, occasion noise from next door is possible. I love meeting new people and because I live in the apartment next door, I am happy to greet you and get you situated. I understand some people prefer more or complete privacy, so I will try and be as sensitive as I can be to your personal preferences. High point community gets it's name from the fact that it sits at the base of Lookout Mountain's highest point. The apartment's easy-to-get-to location is right on a main road coming out of Chattanooga on the south side. It's conveniently located within a few miles of at least 5 different wedding venues, as well as several beautiful outdoor attractions. An easy 20 to 25 minute drive gets you to a plethora of attractions and restaurants all around the chattanooga area. Our family lives next door, and we have 2 dogs. Our desire is to be as sensitive as possible to privacy and noise levels, etc. but please be aware and understanding of the circumstances.
