Enjoy a stay at a ranch-style home with a modern twist, nestled on an acre of beautiful tall, shady trees, with a pool! The home features a large sunroom with second living space and ping pong table. All rooms have luxurious bedding, and closets. Master has a king bed, large closet, and bathroom with walk-in shower. Two guest rooms have queen beds. Full guest bath equipped with tub to relax after a day of activities! Full access to home with plenty of parking and RV/boat parking as well. The space Fully updated ranch-style home. Carpet in bedrooms and stamped concrete in rest of house. Smart TVs in Master, Living, and Sunroom. Access to entire property except storage unit in the back. Fully stocked kitchen. We provide coffee, basic spices, and oil. The “crib” marked with the living room is a pack n play and is stored until needed. High chair and other baby gear (toys, bouncer, etc.) available upon request. The second living space is a large sunroom with sofa sleeper, ping pong table, and desk. The majority of the room is large windows with great views of the backyard and pool. The room does run cooler or warmer depending on the weather. Please plan accordingly, especially if planning to use sofa sleeper as a bed for guests. For extreme weather nights, there is a small space heater and portable AC available. An air mattress will also be provided in the event it is needed in lieu of a sofa sleeper. Other things to note High chair or other infant/toddler gear or toys available upon request.
