This is a self contained bedroom and conservatory with its own entrance The bedroom has an en-suite and tea and coffee. The conservatory for your sole use has the wardrobe and a table and chairs. You will have a private parking space. Stanstead is 20 min away There is a fridge and microwave in the conservatory. Hairdryer in the bedroom. Please note the breakfast is cereal. The space This is a self contained room with access through the conservatory via the rear garden.(no contact with host if not wanted) COVID 19 We have a vigorous cleaning regime . The rooms are sanitised and a bottle is left for the guests use if needed. The bedding and towels are washed at 90 degrees. The rooms would have been empty at least three days with windows open. Any concerns please ask I do have a no smoking policy in any room although you may smoke outside the conservatory in the garden. There is a double bed in a cosy bedroom with en-suite tv and tea and coffee. Tv and DVD player. Milk and water in the fridge. Microwave. Plates and cutlery. You will have sole use of conservatory which has a table and chairs and leads to bedroom and ensuite. Guest access This is a self contained bedroom and conservatory so no contact if not needed. Access to the property is via a side entrance to the house. Green gate. You will have access to a conservatory and bedroom exclusively. I will give you the code to the back gate before arrival. During your stay I will be available via phone or email and will do my best to make your stay comfortable. Other things to note We carry out extra cleaning due to Covid 19. We need two days between guests to carry out sanitation of the rooms. We will leave anti bacterial cleaner in the room for the guests use.
