Central in the heart of Fairport Village located steps from the Erie Canal! Our cozy 3 bedroom home blends historic character with modern comfort all within steps to craft breweries, local shops, kayak rentals and restaurants. Great location for families and travelers. Relax outside in the backyard, unwind in the hammock swing or gather around the fire pit and grill. Inside, you’ll find thoughtful touches like local artwork, cozy lighting and all the essentials for a luxurious village getaway. The space This 3 bedroom is a perfect home for relaxing and enjoying all of Fairport Village. Enjoy private parking, a backyard and a quiet street in the heart of the village. This is a side by side duplex as we live next door. You will have full privacy as we only share the backyard area. The heat/ AC is maintained at a comfortable 70F and we are happy to adjust upon request as we control remotely. As part of the home’s charm, the full sized bedroom is located through the bathroom. Laundry is available for long term guests. We are family friendly with a pack n play, high chair and stroller in the home. We also include a toy chest that is full of toys and games. We are 15 minutes to downtown Rochester and 5 minutes to St. John Fisher and Nazareth. Local farmers market every Saturday in the Village. Truly a great place to relax and enjoy all the amenities Fairport village has to offer! Tobacco and cannabis permitted outside. Outdoor deck furniture is taken down for winter from November to April. Check In: 4pm Check Out: 10am Pets considered $50/night Guest access Guests have private access to the entire 3-bedroom unit, and 2 off-street parking spots. Street parking is also free except winter (Nov 1st-April -1st). Backyard amenities shared with ourselves and our pups. Other things to note Self check in with door code. Homeowner on site as home is a duplex. Heat/AC controlled on owners unit. All bedrooms and bath on second floor. Full sized bedroom is accessed through bathroom.
