Double Room in Design Apartment

This double room is rented in a beautiful design apartment in a very quiet area of Barcelona and very well connected. A 15-minute walk to Sants Station and a 15-minute walk to Plaza España. The Mercado de Sants is 2 blocks away in a beautiful pedestrian area. The apartment has been recently renovated and has everything you need to spend a few spectacular days in the city. You just have to worry about having fun!! You can use all the common spaces. The space This apartment has a Hall, 2 double bedrooms, one of them is occupied by 1 person and the other is the one that is rented, a separate living room, open kitchen / dining room, a gallery that is a Laundry space, 2 bathrooms, one full and a small toilet and a balcony that is accessed from the living room. The room for rent is a 6m2 room with a double bed, dresser and shelves and an open coat rack. The bed has storage space underneath. Guest access You can use all the spaces of the house except the main room. The kitchen is available for use, taking into account all the necessary precautions for its care and responsible use. Food is not included, so I will leave storage spaces for my guests both in the fridge and storage. The living room has Marshall music equipment, Smart TV, Wifi, record player, Spanish Guitar. You can't take anything that belongs to the house. During your stay I am an Architect and Designer, I have been in Barcelona for 7 years and I will be happy to welcome my guests to my home. I can tell you everything you need to know about the city and recommendations for spending a few incredible days.
