Why you're guaranteed to like the place?! 1. Ideal for business trips, trade fair visits or weekend trips: The apartment has everything you need (living room, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, etc.) 2. The location is excellent - quiet & yet well connected, close to the trade fair and whether by public transport, car or bicycle: you are quickly in the city center. 3. Which sightseeing spot to visit? Which restaurant to eat at? I am happy to help with any questions & with insider tips! The space Mi casa es tu casa! ;-) I live on the ground floor and right above it is your kingdom! You have your own access and are therefore completely self-sufficient. The 3-room apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a nice dining area, a cozy living room with TV, as well as a bathroom with shower & toilet. In the hallway there is a cloakroom. Up to 6 guests can stay in the two bedrooms and living room. 1st bedroom: 140 x 200 cm bed 2nd bedroom: Two 80 x 200 cm single beds (usually provided as a double bed - please let me know if you prefer it differently) 3. Living room: 140 x 200 cm sofa bed The beds are of course freshly made. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. You will also find all the dishes and pots. The bathroom is equipped with a shower & toilet, towels are provided. If you are looking for relaxation after your day of discovery or at the fair, you can relax in the cozy living room. Fast Wi-Fi and a TV are a given. I look forward to welcoming you! At any time & independently by electronic lock - I will send you all the necessary information in advance and in good time. Are you arriving later than planned? No problem - check-in is also possible later in the evening or at night. Other things to note It's important to me to make the home even better! This means that when you arrive, everything may no longer be 1:1 as shown in the pictures - but I assure you: Only to your advantage! Of course, I update the pictures regularly - if something is particularly important to you, please contact me before your stay and I will answer all questions!
