It has a kitchen, dining room and living room (2 single beds) in a single layout, while on the N. side is the large bedroom (double bed) which is in summer colors. All the decoration of the room is strongly influenced by the marine element. The balconies and the large terrace all around give the feeling of freedom and relaxation. The space PANMAR VILLA At a distance of only 250 m from the beach of Agios Nikolaos Vassilikos is the villa Panmar, which can be rented as a whole or individually, as it consists of two independent apartments. It has a private pool with jacuzzi. It is surrounded by greenery and reflects with abundant light the majesty of the island's beauty and the captivating tranquility of the enchanting location. FLOOR APARTMENT - SUPERIOR An outer scale in N.E. side of the house leads to the two-room apartment on the upper floor which is comfortable and sunny. The unobstructed view provided by the large openings, the simple lines, the olive green and the terracotta create the visual sense of calm and harmony. As we enter the apartment we find the kitchen, the dining room and the living room (2 single beds) in a single layout. A kitchen counter that has been integrated into the same space subtly separates it but at the same time gives flexibility of movement. The second space of the apartment occupies the large bedroom. The color palette on the walls, fabrics and furniture moves to earthy and summer shades. All the decoration of the room is strongly influenced by the marine element. The large veranda on the E. side and the balconies on the W. side create a sense of privacy and tranquility. The country house evokes the coveted atmosphere of the sea and vacations, where time seems like a blurred and negligible concept leaving room only for the emotion and experiential experience of the moment. Guest access Villa Panmar consists of two independent apartments. It can be rented as a whole or individually. The exterior areas of the property are private and are only used by our guests. A large courtyard and green area surrounds the villa with various options for relaxation and rest, such as the garden on the east side, the gazebo and the pool on the west side. At a distance of only 250 m from the accommodation is the beach of Agios Nikolaos, one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, which is sandy and with shallow waters ideal for children. Other things to note The property offers a barbecue where guests can enjoy their lunch or dinner. The swimming pool is private and used only by guests of the property.
