Nestled at the bottom of a Percheronne valley, our gite is the ideal place to disconnect and recharge your batteries with your family. Housed in an old 19th century building, you will find its period saw bench and the charm of old materials. These will allow you to keep a very pleasant freshness during hot weather. For the beautiful summer days, you will benefit from a magnificent private terrace, with a view of the valley, as well as a swimming pool shared by our two gites. The space This cottage is composed of a large fitted kitchen with every comfort. The latter overlooks the living room with a table that is the old log saw. The latter is connected to the table saw with its belt. Right next to the living room (with a sofa bed). A pellet stove completes this set. You can see television from all these rooms, whatever they are. The toilets are apart, with the bathroom so as not to have the inconvenience of the toilets in the main rooms. Upstairs, climbing the old wooden staircase, a master suite with a king size bed and a lounge area with a second convertible sofa. Outside a terrace with a stone lounge overlooking the valley and the sunset. For your children, a swimming pool, common to our two cottages, is present on the property. You can also take your children to the Pescheray zoo (50km), and to the PAPEA PARC theme park in Le Mans (60km). Guest access You can get around by car, motorbike or bicycle. You have free parking, which can be locked for motorcycles and bicycles. Other things to note You have the possibility to fish in our private pond. You can also benefit from a massage session (by reservation and with supplement). You can book coaching sessions on request (at an additional cost).
