Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area. The space The fully air conditioned studio is decorated in modern style and it's equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and safe. Sliding wall provides privacy to separate bedroom from living area. The bathroom includes a walk in shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, hotplate, microwave and kettle. Lounge area offers a flat screen TV with cable channels. Guest access There are 3 swimming pools, one on rooftop and two swimming pools around the building with sun beds, gym with AC and view. Other things to note For bookings over 4 weeks, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Cleaning services are not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check-in is available on request.
