Located on Lake Martha and nestled in the trees this fun cabin offers 60’ of lakefront shore and a dock that is fantastic for fishing, all on a 3/4 acre tree-shaded lot. This 1959 lakeside cabin has 60 feet of waterfront with a large dock on a quiet lake with year-round fishing. The property is adorned with massive fir trees that give you the feeling of a cabin in the woods. Additionally, the yard is fully enclosed to keep your furry friends on the property. Inside the nearly 900 square foot house, the feeling of a lakeside cabin continues with pine walls and a wood-burning fireplace for those days where you relax while watching the rain fall on the lake. The master bedroom is generously spaced with a king-sized memory foam mattress and the smaller-sized second bedroom has a memory foam bunk bed. The sitting area has a futon that can fold out to sleep two additional people when not being used for additional lounging. The sitting area near the fireplace has a sofa and wall-mounted television with a firestick for those nights you want to simply stay-in and watch a movie. The home also has a kitchen with a small oven and stove and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to make yourself a delicious, home-cooked meal. There is also an air fryer, Instant Pot, and large electric griddle. The Cabin has a smaller refrigerator, but there is a chest freezer in the garage that can hold all of your frozen foods. Please note: We are pet friendly but do have a $50 pet fee. The property is fenced but you must supervise your pet while outside and never leave the pet alone at the cabin. Our cabin is a 100% NO SMOKING cabin. Any evidence of smoking cigarettes, cigars, or marijuana inside the house or garage (whether it be smell, butts, ashes, ash trays, etc.) will result in an extra $450 cleaning fee. Please smoke at least 10ft away from the cabin and clean up your butts. The house is situated on a 3/4 acre parcel on a dead-end road, two lots down from the boat launch. The long gravel driveway has a turn-around area and adequate parking for three vehicles, a boat trailer, plus one additional vehicle inside the attached garage. Welcome! Lake Martha Getaway is located on a dead end road in a very quiet lakeside community. It is also two properties away from the boat launch for the lake. Electric motors only on this lake, so no noisy gas motors! The property has a turnaround area that can accommodate short (< 15’) trailers. There is also a one-car, fully enclosed garage for added security. The property also has a gate at the end of the driveway to allow for a fully enclosed property.
