Comfortable, 3 Bedroom Home Near Downtown Denver

Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Regis/Berkeley neighborhood! We are blocks from Regis University and next-door bars and shopping, breweries and restaurants. Also, we are a short Uber ride to downtown Denver and the Highlands. Access is private and security is a priority with exterior security lights, doorbell camera and a keyless entry. No smoking or parties please! This is our home so please treat it as such. We are located right off I-70 and Federal. The space The Main Level has living/dining room w/ Smart TV, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths: master has queen size bed and en-suite bath (separate shower and Jack and Jill sinks). Second Bedroom has queen bed and dedicated work station. The backyard is set up as a relaxing hangout area. The Garden Level has family room with living/TV space, kitchenette and also boasts a third bedroom with full size bed. We have WiFi (new router, ) and complimentary Netflix. Easy street parking for multiple cars on the street directly in front of the house. Two blocks from public transportation. We are a safe and friendly community with great neighbors! UBER to LODO, the stadiums or other. Enjoy the Denver Center for Performing Arts; enjoy the mountains; enjoy the holidays with friends and family, but in your own space! Make Denver your base for exploring the Front Range: “Your home away from home." For reservations extending beyond 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged to the guest. We are dog friendly! Please note, while we allow dogs at the property, we charge a Pet Cleaning fee. This fee varies depending on the dog’s breed and size. Please provide the size of your dog (e.g. under 50lbs) and the breed and we will get back to you from there! Guest access Entire House is yours (excluding access to the detached garage).
