The first floor features a living room, dining room, half bath and full kitchen. The kitchen includes a full-sized fridge, oven range/stove, microwave, and dishwasher, and is fully stocked with dishware, glasses, cookware and utensils. There is a large, new deck off of the kitchen. The second floor has 1 full bath and 3 bedrooms - a master king suite with master bath with shower and soaking tub, 1 full bedroom with crib available, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 3rd floor has one full bath, and 3 bedrooms - 1 king bedroom with futon, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 very large bedroom that includes a daybed and 2 queens. You are walking distance to several restaurants on South Grand ave and The Hill. Tower Grove Park is center our outdoor activities year round. Other things to note Parking is street parking. If you have a large party with more than 2 vehicles it is asked that you park on Klemm Ave and leave room on Cleveland for all our neighbors to keep the peace.
