Bathroom with shower. 1st floor (main floor): entrance, open kitchen solution, large dining table with 6 chairs and 3 Tripp Trapp children's chairs, corner sofa with coffee table. Basement: spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer, large basement living room/TV room with high ceilings and underfloor heating. Also functions as a guest room, with a double bed 140 cm (new mattress 2022) shielded behind a light-tight curtain. Sofa. Outdoor area: a lawn and terrace under the roof on the downside. Well-equipped kitchen (no coffee maker, but there is a Rancilio espresso machine with coffee grinder and milk frother, and also a Bialetti Moka pot/milk frother). Gas grill, inflatable swimming pool for children if the weather allows it. Car parking on public road. On the downside of the house there is a garden on several floors, covered terrace. Other things to note Not suitable for the disabled, many stairs.
