This humble beach shack was an artist workshop, just 250m flat walk to the Capel Sound beach. A rustic and artsy cottage with modern comfort, renovated in June 2022, added AC, ceiling and insulation. It is 7 mins drive to the Hot Springs and moments from the wineries. It is a large 85m2 studio, with your separate private bathroom and laundry unit immediately next to it. The whole place is very private, fully fenced, with an outdoor dining area and bathtub over a deck. Dip yourself in the shallow bay beach just 250m away, you can go there just to cool down before dinner. Alternatively, the outdoor bathtub will give you a treat. Light up the indoor fireplace, and just enjoy watching the wood cracking in front of you, play some music through chromecast, hold a glass of wine sitting on the sofa, or stay in bed right next to the fireplace. If your bath at the nearby Hot Springs isn't enough, fill your outdoor bathtub with hot water, play some music too. We have all new furnitures, comfortable bed, mattress, electric blanket and mattress pad. We also have electric blanket to keep it toasty. Guest access There is an in-unit washer exclusive to this unit. There is also a communal laundry shed with washer and dryer inside the property Other things to note It is a humble beach shack. We just renovated, added an AC, and a fully insulated ceiling. There is a fireplace right next to sofa and bed. There are 2 ceiling fans, 2 portable fans and electric blanket as well. Your private bathroom with a shower is 5 steps away in a separate structure within your private courtyard. You’ll have to step out of the studio to get to it.
