If you are working or playing, the covered deck with ocean views is the perfect place for the morning coffee or zoom meetings. Special Property Notes: * No grills are allowed at this unit * No open flames (candles, etc.) are allowed inside, on the deck or around the building at any time, per COA. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest. Bedding Includes: 1 - King 1 - Queen 2 - Twin Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
