I’m extremely close to MUNSTER, HIGHLAND, SCHERERVILLE, DYER and many more Indiana locations! I’m extremely close to LYNWOOD, LANSING, CALUMET CITY, and many more Illinois locations! The space HOUSE RULES/THINGS TO KNOW FREE NETFLIX and other APPS with SHOWTIME HBO STARZ and MORE! FREE STREET PARKING FOR GUEST(NO PARKING ALLOWED IN DRIVEWAYS)! You’re welcome to park on both sides of the street in both directions. No parking in the driveways at anytime. GUEST WILL ENTER/EXIT in the front of the house only. Guest will have FULL PRIVATE access to the FIRST FLOOR unit ONLY! At the time of your stay….A FAMILY MEMBER AND I will have FULL access to the lower level BASEMENT. A FAMILY MEMBER AND I will enter on the side of the house where the driveway is located and go DOWN stairs to the basement! FREE WASHER AND DRYER IS IN THE BASEMENT FOR YOU TO USE FROM 9 AM-9 PM DURING YOUR STAY(Exit the kitchen door to access the basement).!!! THIS IS A APARTMENT and THERE ARE TENANTS IN THE UPSTAIRS UNIT and you will hear noise(This is a good OLDER HOME). • No parties allowed. • All guest staying in the unit must book on the Airbnb platform. • No children allowed. • No pets allowed. • NO smoking of any sort inside the unit(You’re welcome to use the front porch or bench in the backyard for smoking). • NO food or drinks inside the bedroom/office(Please use Coasters on tables in the unit). • PLEASE DON’T close VENTS to adjust the temperature in your unit the temperature is regulated with the tenants upstairs (Please enjoy the HEATER, FAN, and EXTRA BLANKETS). • PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THE WINDOWS! FOR SAFETY REASONS AND The heat/AC WILL run more if the windows are open! Guest access •The majority of parking in the Indiana area is free(street parking). • UBER and Lyft transportation services are extremely popular in my neighborhood! Other things to note Standard CHECK-IN time is 3 pm You’re welcome to arrive ANYTIME after 3 pm! Standard CHECK-OUT time is 11 am you must leave at 11 am unless you made other arrangements in advance! Access code will arrive before your arrival time… • Early check in and late check out is allowed if it doesn’t interfere with future scheduling and host grants permission($25 fee must be paid before granting late or early checkout or checkin). SAME DAY bookings are welcome if it doesn’t interfere with scheduling! SAME DAY BOOKINGS AFTER 3PM is always considered to be A LATE checkin on a same day booking! YOUR CHECK-IN time will be approximately THREE HOURS AFTER YOUR LATE BOOKING TIME! TWO GUEST ARE ALLOWED and you must book for two guest on the AIRBNB platform! ONE EXTRA GUEST is allowed in addition to your two guest and ALL GUEST MUST be booked on the AIRBNB platform! The third guest will be sleeping on a air mattress! MY UNIT IS SMALL and adding an air bed will make the living areas extremely tight!!!!(The bed would be in the living/dining area). I suggest this option as a emergency ONLY! I will have to be notified at the time of your booking for… One additional guest( this guest is allowed to sleep on a air mattress for an extra cost of $20.00 per night). The $20 per night fee will have to be paid at booking prior to the start of your reservation. LONG TERM GUEST GUIDELINES A LONG TERM GUEST IS considered any stay over 10 days. LONG TERM GUEST are required to be FULLY VERIFIED through Airbnb(ID, phone number, and email). UPON BOOKING...The following items must be submitted BEFORE the start of your reservation. IF NOT your reservation WILL BE CANCELLED. • Picture of your ID. • Permission for Background check(If your background screening has evictions your reservation will be canceled). • Short term lease. • Email address. • Proof of job assignment/ reason for stay. NOTE: Myself or a cleaner will enter your unit every 10 to 12 days during your stay for a light cleaning and to water plants. A 24 hour notice will be given prior to the light clean date!
