Historic Loft with Balconies & Shared Terrace #112

This apartment is located in a restored manor house 6 blocks from the Cathedral. Its main advantage is the windows with thermal and acoustic insulation that significantly reduce street noise, a very valuable feature in the historic center. It accommodates up to 4 guests: a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a work desk, and two balconies. The space The Smart TV has access to Netflix and YouTube. There is no conventional television signal. The shared panoramic rooftop terrace offers spectacular views of the city. We kindly ask to keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM. Guest access You can use the terrace upstairs. Please do not make noise after 11:00pm. Other things to note IMPORTANT TO CONSIDER FOR YOUR RESERVATION: Access is via 35 steps. There is no elevator. The water heater is electric, so we recommend waiting 15 minutes between showers for hot water. Thanks to the insulated windows, this is likely the quietest apartment in the building. Even so, being in the historic center, there may be some sound during the day. It is the small price for being right in the heart of the Historic Center! 😉 If you are very sensitive to noise, you can contact us and ask about other options we have to offer you :) During hot days, especially in spring and summer, the apartment can get warm. We do not have air conditioning, but we have provided household fans for your comfort. We do not have parking. Upon confirming your reservation, we will share nearby parking options with you.
