The above rate is applicable for up to 24 pax. Surcharge applies to attendants in excess of 25 pax. Surcharge of RM100 per day (25 - 40pax). Our homestay also suitable for shooting, text us for the rental. The space 2 Story corner link house and have a big compound at car porch, set up with few tables and chairs, also set up with the BBQ pit sets is provided upon request, but charcoal and foods must bring by your own. additional cleaning fee of BBQ items (skewers and clamps) and removal of charcoal ashes is RM100 (pay by cash) upon check in. All the bedrooms are furnished with ceiling fan and air conditional, bed and wardrobe. Simple cooking is permissible as kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, rice cooker, jug kettle, water dispenser and utensils. That 2 dogs lock at the dog cage. Other things to note 1. NO smoking inside the whole house, found the cigarette byd will be fine RM500. 2. Other term please refer to the house manual. 3. No made noise and activities after 10pm at the outside of the house. All activity must be inside the house. If not will disturb neighbor. 4. No car park in front of the neighbor house and blocking the road, but can park at the roadside a long the Road SS 2/2. 5. Can't feed the dog. 6. Every day we will come to clean the dog cage.
