Check out our recently renovated bathrooms! Completed Autumn of 2025! Welcome to our perfectly situated townhome in beautiful Breckenridge. Here you'll find all the comforts of home with an ideal location to both the slopes via Snowflake Ski Lift and the famous Main Street. Spread over four floors, everyone will find a spot to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Soak up views in our private hot tub on the back deck. Look no further, your vacation awaits at the Best of Breck Townhouse! The space Four bedrooms + Loft for plenty of sleeping & space to spread out across multiple groups/families. Enter on the main level to find the kitchen, living and dining areas with a spacious deck that sports fantastic views. Down one level you'll find the master sleeping area has a King bed with 5-piece en suite bathroom, and a 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed and private bathroom. On the lowest level are two more bedrooms; the 3rd has a Full bed + trundle and 4th bedroom has Twin-over-Full bunk + separate twin bed (sleeps 4 in total), the bathroom is hared for these two bedrooms. Upstairs from the entry, the Loft area has an X-Box, Game area & pull out sofa bed. The heated garage has 1 car space + parking for 1 additional car tandem outdoors. A Washer/Dryer will be located on the lowest level. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire townhouse including the large private hot tub on the back deck and the heated garage! We also have access to a community heated pool/hot tub that is located just across the street (closed during shoulder/mud seasons) Other things to note Parking: This great townhouse has 2 parking spaces, a rare benefit for on-mountain properties in Breckenridge! One is inside the heated garage and the second is directly behind it (tandem) in the driveway. Guests must not block the adjacent driveway spaces of neighbors or the complex community trash building. Guests will be subject to towing without prior notification at the discretion of the community HOA for any violations. Host is not responsible for vehicles being towed. If you will be arriving in more than two vehicles you will need to park the additional vehicles off site at the Airport Road Lot which is the only lot for overnight parking in Breckenridge. At no time will there be space for more than 2 vehicles at the property. The Free Shuttle conveniently runs between the Airport Rd Lot and has a stop just outside the Elk Ridge Townhouse complex or we suggest carpooling between the lot and the townhouse.
