You'll have quick access to 3 amazing ski resorts (Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley) as well as two reservoirs (Pineview and Causey). You will be in a charming small town with plenty of open space and close access to infinite outdoor activities including hiking trails, biking, boating/water sports and skiing/snowboarding. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in Ogden city within 10 mi. The space Our home was built in the 1960's and we updated our basement to be bright and open creating a roomy and inviting space. You can cozy up next to the fireplace while sipping your favorite drink or reading a book on a comfy couch. Enjoy a bubble bath or shower with our soft water system and complimentary bath salts. Something unique about our space is we have a UV sanitizing HVAC system to keep the air clean that you breathe. We have chickens and cows in a gated area on our pasture so if you fancy a mini farm, you'll love the view. We're confident you'll make fun memories here. Guest access You will have your own separate entrance and the space is completely yours. You are welcome to use our backyard space.
